Training zones are provided based on fitness testing, utilizing perceived effort, heart rate, pace, and power.

Regular contact with your coach will not only help develop race and nutrition strategies, but provide you with the inspiration and motivation to push beyond what you ever thought possible.

Triathlon/Running Training Plan

 

  • Initial 30-60 min consultation
  • Detailed custom training plan
  • Training zones based on fitness testing
  • Training/race-day nutrition recommendations
  • Pre-race strategy discussion
  • Support at one race if possible with scheduling 

In-Person Training Session

 

  • 1-1 personal training in 30 or 60 min sessions
  • Flexible meeting location
  • Exercises provided for client to do between sessions
  • Follow-up goals created

Video Analysis

 

  • Swim form analysis in a lap pool, open water, or my Endless Pool
  • Run form analysis outside or on a treadmill
  • Access to all videos
